Celesteela / UB-04 Blaster

Looks like 2019 will be a busy year for me 🙂

This is Celesteela (aka UB-04 Blaster) pokemon mugen char by CSAvion78, TBM, WiCloud, O Ilusionista and Aequals1

I’ve joined the original creators to code some difficult super and hyper moves – the most difficult thing I ever coded to Mugen yet.

It’s a though boss and features a very cool thing – after losing an round and with low life, it will try to execute an ultimate attack (see near at the end of the video). If it connects, you are DEAD.
