Prime Sentinels XSC

The Sub-boss of XSC now is out to all mugen rosters, it is CPU only char, this char was made using P.O.T.S. street bonus stage, (but is not a bonus stage because you can die). and special thanks to Sei, Eclipse and Bigpimp for help with sentinels sprites.
